Jennifer Wiggins Moore was born and raised in Arlington, Texas and is a graduate of James Martin High School. After traveling for education and living in various parts of the country, she returned to her hometown in Tarrant County in 2005 to open her own law practice. She became Board Certified in Family Law in 2011.
